KermVPN API — Terms of Service

1. Service

KermVPN API provides a VPN tunnel that you may use to route your internet traffic through our infrastructure. The free tier allows up to 5 GB of data per calendar month per account; users may earn additional bonus quota by completing Rewarded Ads (max 1 GB per day).

2. Acceptable use

You agree NOT to use the service to:

• Send spam, scan networks, perform DDoS or unauthorised port scans.
• Host services (we are a client-side tunnel, not a hosting provider).
• Distribute material that is illegal under the laws of your jurisdiction or under German law (where our servers reside).
• Attempt to circumvent quota, AdMob verification, or account limits.

Violations may result in immediate termination without refund.

3. Account

One account per natural person. You are responsible for keeping your password safe. We never ask for your password by email or chat.

4. Availability

The service is provided "as is". We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance with prior notice via the app.

5. Privacy

See the Privacy Policy for what we store. In short: no traffic logging.

6. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in-app at least 14 days before they take effect.
